My dream is to build high-impact products that are beautifully crafted and are a joy to use , either by users or devel
pers.
Design is everywhere: web, mobile or even in a backend API, that's one of the many reasons why I am a Full Stack Developer & iOS Developer me.
Who am I
Tech Lead at Unbabel, leading the Tech development of the Halo project, and contributing for the backend, iOS app, and AI.
Twice Apple WWDC Student Challenge Winner.
Master's in Computer Science and Engineering. Top of my Bachelor's and Master's classes.
A builder. I'm always building and prototyping and I couldn't imagine myself doing anything else.
Work Experience
February 23
Current

Product Engineer working Unbabel, building ground-breaking innovative products across the (real) full-stack. Until now I've contributed to our three projects, focusing my time on Halo where we are developing a breakthrough product to restore communication abilities to those who have lost it.

I also had the opportunity to work and help shape two other products by building their frontends and contributing to the first steps taken with AI for them. I had the opportunity, from the product side, to help shape our three products as well as contributing heavily to the design of Halo.

Talking about a tech stack is difficult as I've done a bit of everything but Swift (heavy use of concurrency, audio capabilities, and BLE connection to proprietary hardware), VUE 3, Python, Rust were the main ones.

At Apple. A dream come true.

Projects, projects
, and even more projects
If I'm not working on a side-project, I'm deciding about the next one.
Fancy some interactions? The more the better.
Building delightful interactions
is one of my passions (if you can't tell).
These are some of the projects I've worked on. The videos are primarily intended to showcase some of the interactions and designs I've built, not the apps per se.
Sooo many projects. Check a few of them out!
Completo
Completo allows anyone to regain control of their time. Either by linking apps to tasks, blocking them until the task is completed, or by blocking entire applications as soon as you enter them, making you wait a small amount of time until it is available.
Blinky
Blinky is an iPadOS app made for ALS patients. The app allows ALS patients to regain a part of their communication abilities. The app is controlled using only eyes and forehead movements.
Apple Swift Student Challenge Award 2023
Nemo
Nemo is an iOS App + Python backend project of a Physical Therapy assistant that uses ChatGPT to generate an AI Persona of the user. This app has innovative ways of interacting with a LLM. The LLM generates a customized real-time UI that adapts to the user.
selector
A macOS menu bar app that uses CoreML to remove the background of images and that allow to easily create color selection masks.
srch
A beautifully designed Mac menu bar app to easily search and copy SFSymbols icons.
Ugh, but you know what....

I want to make one thing clear (and I say this without arrogance). For the past couple of years, I have been the one who is always building, always working, always thinking of new ways to solve complicated problems, and spending weekends lost in the details of my work, working on single animation details that probably no one will ever notice.
yeah, for real!

I am always looking for the next challenge, the next problem to solve, and the next project to work on. However, I haven't found the right challenge that matches my skills and passion yet.
Is it a me problem?

If you are looking to meet, talk, brainstorm, or perhaps even hire someone who is incredibly unique and different, then, here I am. I know that there are many others like me, and maybe you are one of them. I am looking for you.

A love letter, February 21, MMXXIV.
What are you doing looking at this? :P
